I am very excited to tell you that I'll be on the Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator stand at the Hobbycrafts show at the SECC in Glasgow on Friday, 9th March!! I'm also super excited that I'm finally going to meet my lovely online friend Sarah who is coming to the show with her daughter :). I'm busy prepping some samples for display, so here is a sneak peek of my first completed project, using the FREE stamps and stunning DSP collection from the current Sale-a-Bration promotion.
I've made a little pizza box, measuring 3.5" square, using Soft Suede cardstock, and decorated using FREE Everyday Enchantment DSP, Very Vanilla cardstock, Scallop Circle punch, Doily Triple Layer punch, a stamp from the FREE Fresh Vintage set, Soft Suede inkpad, Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border and a pearl ...
I've made six little cards with a Very Vanilla cardstock base to fill the box, decorated with a mixture of both FREE Fresh Vintage and Elementary Elegance stamp sets; Everyday Enchantment DSP; Antique brad; Eyelet Border punch; Rhinestones; Pool Party cardstock; Peach Parfait cardstock; Poppy Parade cardstock; Lucky Limeade cardstock; Pearls; Stampin' Write markers in Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade and Lucky Limeade; and Curly Label punch ...
Did I mention FREE stamps and DSP? Okay, maybe I did just a few times! I can honestly say that the FREE (sorry) goodies from this Sale-a-Bration are truly stunning. The stamps are very detailed and the papers are to die for! So, if you would like to get your hands on some, you need to spend £45 on Stampin' Up! goods between now and 31st March 2012, then you can choose the stamp set you want, or the DSP. Please contact me at craftyhelen@btinternet.com if you would like to participate in this promotion, or if you are interested in holding a workshop in your home, or attending a demonstration. Maybe you are interested in becoming a demonstrator yourself? The rewards are brilliant, and there are many different types of demonstrators at Stampin' Up! from those who just want to get discount on their own goods and don't wish to do workshops, to those who are making a full time job out of demonstrating. Only you can decide, but if you think the opportunity may be for you, please contact me to discuss further.
If you're planning to attend the SECC, please stop by the Stampin' Up! stand and say hi! Meanwhile, happy crafting!
